IR.COCKPIT

The system of DGAP-Geoinfo operates 24/7. It is available every day during the week in 24 hours in order to transmit the announcements of the issuers to the Hungarian and international media. The disclosures are entered into the distribution system by the clients themselves through IR.COCKPIT and publication automatically happens by a click on the send button.

IR.COCKPIT perspicuously unifies a number of functions which facilitate the fulfilment of the notification obligations.

Quick Guide

1. LOGGING IN

To log in enter https://ircockpit.dgap-geoinfo.hu/ssl.html in your browser and key in your user name and password. To log in the RSA SecurID Token is not needed. You can edit your notification and the 6 digit code is only required upon sending of the disclosure. On successful logging in the main page of IR.COCLPIT appears. In the left window the various types of notifications can be found, while the operation functions are accessible in the right window.

2. WRITING THE NOTIFICATIONS

Choose the type of notification on the main page of IR.COCKPIT. Then type in the requested data in the input field which vary according to the type of the notification. In case of ad hoc releases give at least one key word and the headline and then the system requests the notification itself. Type in or copy the text from an other program or use our word uploading system. After submitting the notification click on the „draft" button at the bottom of the page. On the next page you can see the final version of the notification in the format as it is transmitted to the media and to HFSA as soon as their system is constructed. Use can use the buttons the bottom of the page to return, to execute further modifications, save or publish your notifications.

Delayed publication

Select the type of notification in the main page of IR.COCKPIT and enter it in the input field.

You can enter you ad hoc release in the system 3 hours before the actual publication. Bear in mind that upon the set time the notification is automatically published.

After logging in please check your master data in the proper menus.

3. CONTACT MANAGER

You can use Contact Manager to easily handle and look after all your investor relations and you can develop your own distribution lists that you can later on use in IR.COCKPIT. You will be charged for using this service. You can use your distribution lists for sending ad hoc releases and corporate news and when using the correspondence function. When selecting ad hoc release and corporate news services your contacts will automatically receive a report by e-mail or fax as soon as the disclosure has been published. By using the correspondence function of IR.COCKPIT you can send news letters by e-mail or fax.
