PRICE LIST OF THE SERVICES OF DGAP-GEOINFO
(effective from 1. February 2008.)

 

DGAP-Geoinfo does not charge one-off or subscription charges only occasional charges depending on the use of the service. It consists of a basic charge related to the type of the notification and the charges of occurent supplementary services.

Charges of the DGAP-Geoinfo services are determined in euro. Invoices are issued in forint based on the price list in euro at the exchange rate of HNB effective on the day of performance. Prices in the price list do not include VAT. Performance is determined as the day of publication of the notification. Should the notification be published on a bank holiday invoices are issued at the exchange rate of HNB the effective on the last working day before performance.

Comments

1 For every related voting rights notification published in direct order of and together with the first notification 45 euro is charged.

2 You can select the area of distribution (National, Europe and TD guarantee) the charges of which are automatically given by IR.COCKPIT upon the selection of the distribution package.

3 The service is available for monthly charges and contains the sending of 500 HTML or TXT e-mails without attached files. Each further sent e-mail (without attached files) is charged 1 euro.

4 The service transmits the notifications to 80.000 financial experts throughout Europe with the priority of the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The price contains 400 words; for every 100 words 75 euro is charged.

5 Distribution of your notifications in the United kingdom, the United States of America, Asia or throughout the world; the prices, depending on the selected distribution package, range between 195 and 2970 euro.

6 Media services in Western and Eastern Europe. You can directly distribute to editorials and subscribers in various countries. The price contains 400 words; for every 100 words 35 euro is charged.

  • Fees in the price list refer to one notification. Notifications which are published both in Hungarian and English are considered to be one notification.
  • In the extraordinary case if the notification is sent the Newsroom by fax or e-mail 200 euro extra fee is charged for each A4 pages and languages.
  • DGAP-Geoinfo provides the administrator dedicated by the issuer 1 (one) RSA SecurID Token free of charge. In case the issuer has one or more administrator entitled with publishing the notifications all of the administrators need to have separate RSA SecurID Tokens so that the sender of the notification can be identified. For the use of second and further tokens 120 euro single fee is charged.

The ownership of RSA SecurID Tokens is not transmitted to the issuer and in case of the termination of the agreement the token is to be returned to DGAP-Geoinfo without delay. Also the token is to be returned in the cases if personal changes took place in the related functions. In case the case the RSA SecurID Token is lost or damaged DGAP-Geoinfo charges 120 euro for the replacement of the token.
