Total voting rights

Fulfil you obligation to notify changes concerning total voting rights and equity capital every month by using the IR.COCKPIT system.

In accordance with the new regulations quoted companies are obliged to publish the total voting rights and the amount of equity capital at the end of each month, because the total voting rights may change more frequently than before.

As soon as the system of the Supervisory Authority allows we will forward your release to HFSA, prepare the layout of the notification and publish it throughout Europe. Furthermore we perform the subscribed archiving and forward the information to the official information storage system (OAM) to be designated in the future. Our input help and archiving function significantly facilitate the creation of the publication.
